MEMBERSHIP REQUIREMENTS

• Must be 21 years or older to join. Proof of age required at pickup.
• To join, complete and return the membership application or sign up online.
• Wine Club benefits take effect immediately upon sign up.
• Your account will be automatically billed $50 monthly, the first Friday of the month.
• Dozzina club members may pick up their wine any time during normal business hours. If members wait longer than a month to pick up shipments, selections may vary based on availability.
• Minimum membership is one year, or a $75.00 Cancellation Fee will be applied.

Charges are notified via email and billed automatically to credit card each month. All club membership pick ups must occur during scheduled dates as notified.
