MEMBERSHIP REQUIREMENTS

Must be 21 years or older to join. Proof of age required at delivery or pickup.
To join, complete and return the membership application or sign up online.
Wine Club benefits take effect immediately upon sign up.
Your account will be automatically billed $50 monthly, the first Friday of the month.
Dozzina club members may pick up their wine any time during normal business hours. If members wait longer than a month to pick up shipments, selections may vary based on availability.
Minimum membership is one year, or a $75.00 Cancellation Fee will be applied.

Shipping costs may vary. Charges are notified via email and billed automatically to credit card before shipping. All club membership pick ups must occur during scheduled dates as notified.
